คนประจำเรือมีสิทธิลาขึ้นฝั่งได้ตามที่ได้ตกลงกับเจ้าของเรือ เว้นแต่กรณีลาขึ้นฝั่งด้วยเหตุผลทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานประกาศกำหนด
