หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการ

ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งเลขาธิการราชวิทยาลัย รองเลขาธิการราชวิทยาลัย หัวหน้าส่วนงานและรองหัวหน้าส่วนงาน จะดำรงตำแหน่งดังกล่าวเกินหนึ่งตำแหน่งในขณะเดียวกันมิได้ ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งตามวรรคหนึ่งอยู่หนึ่งตำแหน่งแล้ว ให้รักษาการแทนตำแหน่งอื่นได้อีกเพียงหนึ่งตำแหน่ง แต่ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวัน
