ผู้ใดโดยเจตนาไม่ยื่นแบบรายการภาษีที่ต้องยื่นตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงหรือพยายามหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
