หมวด ๕ การรับและส่งไปรษณียภัณฑ์

ไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้น ให้ถือว่าอยู่ในระหว่างส่งทางไปรษณีย์ ตั้งแต่เวลาที่ได้สอดลงในตู้ไปรษณีย์ หรือได้มอบให้แก่เจ้าพนักงานประจำที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ จนถึงเวลาที่ได้ส่งถึงผู้รับ หรือส่งกลับคืนมายังผู้ฝาก หรือได้จัดการเป็นอย่างอื่นตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
