หมวด ๕ การรับและส่งไปรษณียภัณฑ์

ผู้ฝากมีสิทธิที่จะถอนไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้นคืนจากที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ หรือเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือที่อยู่ หรือให้จัดการแก่ไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้นเป็นอย่างอื่นได้ตลอดเวลาที่ไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้นยังอยู่ในระหว่างส่งทางไปรษณีย์
