ส่วนที่ ๒ ความผิดอย่างอื่น

ผู้ใดเป็นผู้รับขน ละเลยหรือไม่ยอมรับขนส่งถุงไปรษณีย์หรือไปรษณียภัณฑ์ ที่อธิบดีกำหนดให้ส่งดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๔๘ โดยไม่มีข้อแก้ตัวอันสมควร ซึ่งเป็นหน้าที่ของตนที่จะต้องนำสืบ ผู้นั้นมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองร้อยบาท
