ส่วนที่ ๓ การตรวจค้นจับกุมและฟ้องร้อง

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืน หรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่ากระทำผิดต่อบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ว่าด้วยอำนาจสิทธิขาดของรัฐบาล เจ้าพนักงานซึ่งได้รับมอบอำนาจจากอธิบดีเป็นหนังสือโดยได้รับอนุมัติจากรัฐมนตรี อาจตรวจค้นจับกุม หรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวไว้ได้เป็นเวลาอันสมควรเพื่อปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
