ส่วนที่ ๓ การตรวจค้นจับกุมและฟ้องร้อง

การฟ้องบุคคลผู้กระทำผิดอาชญาเกี่ยวด้วยถุงไปรษณีย์หรือไปรษณียภัณฑ์ส่งทางไปรษณีย์นั้น ในฟ้องจะกล่าวแต่เพียงว่า ถุงไปรษณีย์หรือไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้นเป็นทรัพย์สินของกรมก็พอ และไม่จำเป็นต้องพิสูจน์ว่า ถุงไปรษณีย์หรือไปรษณียภัณฑ์นั้นมีค่ามากน้อยเท่าใด
