หมวด ๒ สิทธิในน้ำ

เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองที่ดินซึ่งมีน้ำพุเกิดขึ้นหรือมีน้ำไหลผ่านตามธรรมชาติไม่ว่าบนดินหรือใต้ดิน ย่อมมีสิทธิใช้หรือเก็บกักน้ำนั้นได้เท่าที่จำเป็นแก่ประโยชน์ในที่ดินของตน และไม่เป็นเหตุให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนหรือเสียหายแก่บุคคลอื่น
