ในสำนักหรือส่วนราชการที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่มีฐานะเทียบเท่าคณะอาจมีคณะกรรมการประจำส่วนราชการนั้นคณะหนึ่ง องค์ประกอบ จำนวน คุณสมบัติ ลักษณะต้องห้าม หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการได้มา หน้าที่และอำนาจ วาระการดำรงตำแหน่ง และการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของกรรมการ ตลอดจนการประชุมของคณะกรรมการประจำส่วนราชการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของสถาบัน
