ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งอธิการบดี รองอธิการบดี ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี คณบดี รองคณบดี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการและรองหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่มีฐานะเทียบเท่าคณะ จะดำรงตำแหน่ง ดังกล่าวเกินหนึ่งตำแหน่งในขณะเดียวกันมิได้ ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง จะรักษาราชการแทนตำแหน่งอื่นอีกหนึ่งตำแหน่งก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวัน
