(๑) เครื่องสำรวจรังสี
(๒) อุปกรณ์วัดปริมาณรังสีประจำตัวบุคคลสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางรังสี
(๓) สัญลักษณ์ทางรังสีพร้อมข้อความเตือนภัยที่เหมาะสมแสดงให้เห็นได้ชัดเจน
(๔) ไฟหรือสัญญาณเสียงแสดงสถานะการใช้งานรังสีที่ชัดเจน
