Clause 9 กฎกระทรวงศักยภาพทางเทคนิคของผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี พ.ศ. 2564

ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีประเภทที่ ๒ เพื่อตนเอง ต้องจัดให้มีเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องใช้ที่เหมาะสมกับชนิดของรังสีที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ให้นำความในข้อ ๕ มาใช้บังคับแก่การดำเนินการตามข้อนี้ด้วยโดยอนุโลม
