Clause 6 กฎกระทรวงคุ้มครองแรงงานในงานประมงทะเล พ.ศ.2565

ให้นายจ้างจัดให้ลูกจ้างมีเวลาพักไม่น้อยกว่าสิบชั่วโมง ในระยะเวลาการทำงานยี่สิบสี่ชั่วโมง และไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดสิบเจ็ดชั่วโมง ในระยะเวลาการทำงานเจ็ดวัน และจัดทำหลักฐานเวลาพักไว้ เพื่อให้พนักงานตรวจแรงงานตรวจสอบ ในกรณีฉุกเฉินหรือจำเป็น นายจ้างอาจให้ลูกจ้างทำงานในเวลาพักได้โดยต้องจัดให้มีเวลาพักชดเชยโดยเร็วและให้จัดทำหลักฐานเวลาพักไว้
