ส่วนที่ ๖ หน่วยรักษาความปลอดภัยและหน่วยกำลังตอบโต้

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจจับการบุกรุก และมีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย และหน่วยกำลังตอบโต้อย่างเพียงพอ พร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติงานเมื่อเกิดเหตุที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตประเมินแล้วว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับการเอาไปซึ่งวัสดุนิวเคลียร์โดยมิชอบหรือการก่อวินาศกรรม
