(๑) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าใบกระท่อมฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐บาท ตามมาตรา ๑๐ (๒) ใบอนุญาตส่งออกใบกระท่อมฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐บาท ตามมาตรา ๑๐ (๓) ใบแทนใบอนุญาตฉบับละ ๕๐๐บาท
(๔) การต่ออายุใบอนุญาตครั้งละเท่ากับค่าธรรมเนียม สำหรับใบอนุญาตนั้น
