Clause 4 กฎกระทรวงกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ลด และยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าและส่งออกใบกระท่อม พ.ศ. 2568

ให้ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมตามข้อ ๒ (๒) และ (๓) แก่ผู้ส่งออกใบกระท่อมซึ่งเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ไม่เป็นนิติบุคคล หน่วยงานของรัฐ หน่วยงานในกำกับของรัฐ และสภากาชาดไทยตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๓) และ (๔) ตั้งแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ถึงวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙
