สมาคมการค้าที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งและจดทะเบียนเป็นสมาคมการค้าไว้แล้วก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าเป็นสมาคมการค้าที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามกฎกระทรวงนี้
