บรรดาคำขออนุญาตจัดตั้งสมาคมการค้าที่ได้ยื่นไว้ก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับและยังอยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณาของนายทะเบียน ให้ถือว่าเป็นคำขออนุญาตจัดตั้งสมาคมการค้าตามกฎกระทรวงนี้โดยอนุโลม
