Section 8 พระราชบัญญัติตั๋วเงินคลัง พุทธศักราช 2487

เมื่อถึงหรือใกล้จะถึงวันต้องใช้เงินตามตั๋วเงินคลัง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังจะกู้เงินเพื่อใช้เงินตามตั๋วที่กล่าวนั้นทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วนก็ได้ หรือเพื่อชดใช้เงินคงคลังที่ได้จ่ายในการใช้เงินที่กล่าวแล้วก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ให้กู้ได้โดยออกตั๋วเงินคลังไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ต้องใช้
