Section 9 พระราชบัญญัติตั๋วเงินคลัง พุทธศักราช 2487

เมื่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังเห็นสมควรจะมอบหมายให้ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยออกและจัดการตั๋วเงินคลังแทนก็ได้ และอาจจ่ายเงินให้แก่ธนาคารเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการนั้นได้ ตามแต่จะตกลงกัน บทบัญญัติในวรรคก่อน ไม่ห้ามการที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยจะเข้าชื่อซื้อตั๋วเงินคลังเพื่อธนาคารเอง
