Section 4 พระราชบัญญัติกู้เงินเพื่อการบูรณะและวิวัฒนาการแห่งประเทศ พ.ศ. 2496

ภายใต้บังคับบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๓ ให้รัฐบาลมีอำนาจ ก. กู้จากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่ตกลงกันกับธนาคารนั้น โดยกู้เป็นเงินตราต่างประเทศสกุลหนึ่งหรือหลายสกุล ในจำนวนเงินไม่เกิน ๑,๒๐๐ ล้านบาท ข. กู้จากบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลใด ๆ เป็นเงินบาทในจำนวนเงินไม่เกิน ๒,๘๐๐ ล้านบาท
