ผู้ใดขัดขวางการกระทำของคณะกรรมการหรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ หรือไม่ให้ความสะดวกตามความในมาตรา ๙ (๓) มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ
