Section 18 ทวิ พระราชบัญญัติโรงรับจำนำ พ.ศ. 2505

ในการรับจำนำ ให้ผู้รับจำนำจดแจ้งรายการเกี่ยวกับบัตรประชาชนของผู้จำนำไว้ให้ชัดแจ้งในต้นขั้วของตั๋วรับจำนำด้วย ในกรณีที่ผู้จำนำไม่ต้องมีบัตรประชาชนตามกฎหมาย ให้จดแจ้งรายการเกี่ยวกับเอกสารแสดงชื่อที่อยู่ของผู้จำนำแทนบัตรประชาชน
