ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่ง ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการรับจัดการขนส่ง และเจ้าของรถที่ได้รับอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัติการขนส่ง พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการขนส่ง (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ ปฏิบัติการให้ถูกต้องตามบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
