หมวด ๓ การประกอบการขนส่ง

ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งประจำทางอาจนำรถที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ประกอบการขนส่งในเส้นทางหนึ่งไปใช้ทำการขนส่งอีกเส้นทางหนึ่งที่ตนเป็นผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตในลักษณะหมุนเวียนได้ โดยได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากนายทะเบียน การขออนุญาตและการอนุญาต ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการควบคุมการขนส่งทางบกกลางกำหนด
