หมวด ๓ การประกอบการขนส่ง

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งไม่ประจำทางกระทำการขนส่งอันมีลักษณะเช่นเดียวหรือคล้ายกับผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งประจำทางหรือมีลักษณะเป็นการแย่งผลประโยชน์กับผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งประจำทางในเส้นทางที่ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบการขนส่งประจำทางได้รับอนุญาต
