หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดใช้ ชัก หรือแสดงธงอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามที่ได้บัญญัติกำหนดลักษณะไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้โดยไม่มีสิทธิ หรือใช้ ชัก หรือแสดงธงที่คล้ายคลึงกับธงดังกล่าว ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
