หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดใช้หรือแสดงธง รูปจำลองของธง หรือแถบสีธงที่ได้กำหนดลักษณะไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ไว้ที่สิ่งบรรจุ หีบห่อ สิ่งหุ้มห่อ สิ่งผูกมัด หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ โดยไม่สมควร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
