หมวด ๓ ใบอนุญาตขับรถ

ในขณะที่อยู่ในระหว่างการรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร ผู้ขับรถยนต์สาธารณะหรือรถจักรยานยนต์สาธารณะจะปฏิเสธไม่รับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารมิได้ เว้นแต่การบรรทุกนั้นน่าจะก่อให้เกิดอันตรายแก่ตนหรือแก่คนโดยสาร บทบัญญัติในวรรคหนึ่งมิให้ใช้บังคับแก่ผู้ขับรถจักรยานยนต์สาธารณะที่ปฏิเสธรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารนอกเส้นทางหรือนอกท้องที่ในการรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร
