หมวด ๓ ใบอนุญาตขับรถ

ผู้ขับรถยนต์สาธารณะหรือรถจักรยานยนต์สาธารณะต้องพาคนโดยสารไปยังสถานที่ที่ว่าจ้างตามเส้นทางที่สั้นหรือถึงที่หมายเร็วที่สุด หรือเส้นทางที่ไม่อ้อมเกินควร และต้องส่งคนโดยสาร ณ สถานที่ตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับรถตามวรรคหนึ่ง พาคนโดยสารไปทอดทิ้งระหว่างทางไม่ว่าด้วยประการใด ๆ
