หมวด ๓ การเช่าที่ดินเพื่อประกอบเกษตรกรรมอย่างอื่น

การเช่าที่ดินเพื่อประกอบเกษตรกรรมรายใดที่มีอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกาตามมาตรา ๖๓ ใช้บังคับ ถ้ามีการตกลงเรียกเก็บ หรือชำระค่าเช่ากันเกินอัตราขั้นสูงที่ คชก. ตำบล กำหนด ก็ให้ลดลงเหลือไม่เกินอัตราขั้นสูงที่กำหนดไว้นั้น
