หมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ

เจ้าของที่ดินหรือผู้ครอบครองที่ดินรายใดให้บุคคลอื่นเช่าที่ดินเพื่อประกอบเกษตรกรรมโดยรู้อยู่แล้วว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวเป็นคนต่างด้าว หรือเป็นผู้แทนของคนต่างด้าว ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
