หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสภาทนายความ

เมื่อนายกหรือกรรมการซึ่งได้รับเลือกตั้งพ้นจากตำแหน่งก่อนวาระให้เลือกตั้งนายกหรือกรรมการแทนตำแหน่งที่ว่างภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ตำแหน่งนายกหรือกรรมการนั้นว่างลง เว้นแต่วาระที่เหลืออยู่ไม่ถึงหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวัน ให้ผู้ซึ่งเป็นนายกหรือกรรมการซึ่งได้รับเลือกตั้งแทนนั้น อยู่ในตำแหน่งตามวาระของนายกหรือกรรมการซึ่งตนแทน
