หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสภาทนายความ

การประชุมคณะกรรมการต้องมีกรรมการมาประชุมไม่น้อยกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของกรรมการทั้งหมด จึงจะเป็นองค์ประชุม และให้นายกหรือผู้รักษาการแทนเป็นประธานในที่ประชุม มติของที่ประชุมให้ถือเสียงข้างมาก กรรมการคนหนึ่งมีเสียงหนึ่งในการลงคะแนนถ้าคะแนนเสียงเท่ากัน ให้ประธานในที่ประชุมออกเสียงเพิ่มขึ้นอีกเสียงหนึ่งเป็นเสียงชี้ขาด
