หมวด ๔ การย้ายที่อยู่

การแจ้งตามมาตรา ๓๐ และมาตรา ๓๐/๑ ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่ผู้อำนวยการทะเบียนกลางกำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา และในกรณีที่เป็นการแจ้งต่อนายทะเบียนผู้รับแจ้งแห่งท้องที่ที่ไปอยู่ใหม่โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งย้ายออก จะกำหนดให้เรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมด้วยก็ได้
