หมวด ๔ การย้ายที่อยู่

ในการแจ้งการย้ายที่อยู่เข้าในบ้านใด ถ้านายทะเบียนผู้รับแจ้งเห็นว่ามีผู้ย้ายเข้าอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคราวเดียวหรือหลายคราว และเมื่อได้ตรวจสภาพบ้านแล้วเห็นว่า การย้ายเข้าอยู่ในบ้านจะเป็นการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายว่าด้วยสาธารณสุข นายทะเบียนผู้รับแจ้งมีอำนาจไม่รับแจ้งการย้ายเข้าอยู่ในบ้านได้
