หมวด ๑ หน้าที่และสิทธิของผู้ขนส่ง

เมื่อได้ขนของไปถึงท่าปลายทางหรือที่หมายปลายทางตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ และพร้อมที่จะส่งมอบของนั้นแล้ว ผู้ขนส่งมีสิทธิได้รับค่าระวางและอุปกรณ์แห่งค่าระวาง เว้นแต่จะมีข้อกำหนดในใบตราส่งหรือได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในสัญญารับขนของทางทะเล
