หมวด ๑ หน้าที่และสิทธิของผู้ขนส่ง

ผู้ขนส่งชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงของไว้จนกว่าจะได้รับชำระค่าระวางและอุปกรณ์แห่งค่าระวาง หรือจนกว่าผู้รับตราส่งจะได้จัดให้มีประกันตามควร
