Section 29 พระราชบัญญัติการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมพลังงาน พ.ศ. 2535
(๑) เปลี่ยนแปลง ซ่อมแซม หรือบูรณะอาคาร เครื่องจักร เครื่องอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือหรือเครื่องใช้
(๒) จัดหา หรือสร้างสิ่งใด ๆ ซึ่งจะขจัดหรือป้องกันอันตราย
(๓) งดการผลิต การส่ง การใช้ หรือการจำหน่ายพลังงานควบคุมเป็นการชั่วคราวจนกว่าจะได้ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งตาม (๑) หรือ (๒)
