(๑) ผู้บริหารชั่วคราว ผู้ทำแผนผู้บริหารแผน และผู้บริหารแผนชั่วคราวตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยล้มละลายและในกรณีที่ผู้บริหารชั่วคราว ผู้ทำแผนผู้บริหารแผนหรือผู้บริหารแผนชั่วคราวเป็นนิติบุคคลให้หมายความรวมถึงกรรมการและผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องของนิติบุคคลนั้นด้วย
