ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของกรรมการของบริษัทย่อยและผู้บริหารของบริษัทย่อยให้นำความในมาตรา๘๙/๗ มาตรา ๘๙/๘ มาตรา ๘๙/๙ และมาตรา ๘๙/๑๐รวมทั้งบทกำหนดโทษที่เกี่ยวข้องมาใช้บังคับ โดยอนุโลม ให้นำความในวรรคหนึ่งมาใช้บังคับกับบุคคลตามมาตรา๘๙/๒๒ (๑) และ (๒) ของบริษัทย่อยโดยอนุโลม
