หมวด ๕กองทุนประกันชีวิต

เพื่อความเป็นธรรม คณะกรรมการด้วยความเห็นชอบของรัฐมนตรีจะประกาศกำหนดจำนวนเงินที่จะจ่ายให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ซึ่งมีสิทธิได้รับชำระหนี้ที่เกิดจากการเอาประกันภัยให้สูงกว่าที่กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา ๘๕/๕ เป็นการทั่วไป หรือเป็นการเฉพาะแก่สัญญาประกันชีวิตประเภทใดประเภทหนึ่งก็ได้
