หมวด ๕กองทุนประกันชีวิต

เมื่อกองทุนได้ชำระหนี้ให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ซึ่งมีสิทธิได้รับชำระหนี้ที่เกิดจากการเอาประกันภัยตามมาตรา ๘๕/๕ แล้ว ให้กองทุนเข้ารับช่วงสิทธิของเจ้าหนี้นั้นเท่ากับจำนวนเงินที่กองทุนได้จ่ายไป
