หมวด ๑๐ การเพิ่มทุนและการลดทุน
(๑) สิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่พ้นกำหนดตามมาตรา ๑๔๑ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีเจ้าหนี้คัดค้าน หรือ (๒) สิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้ชำระหนี้หรือให้ประกันเพื่อหนี้ ในกรณีที่มีเจ้าหนี้คัดค้าน ทั้งนี้ ให้นำมาตรา ๑๓๘ วรรคสาม มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
