หมวด ๑๒ การควบบริษัท

คณะกรรมการบริษัทที่ควบกันแล้วต้องขอจดทะเบียนการควบบริษัทพร้อมกับยื่นหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ และข้อบังคับที่ที่ประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๔๘ ได้อนุมัติแล้วต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้นการประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๔๘ และให้นำมาตรา ๓๙ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
