หมวด ๑๔ การชำระบัญชี
(๑) แจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้เจ้าหนี้ที่ซึ่งมีชื่อปรากฏอยู่ในบัญชีและเอกสารของบริษัทยื่นคำทวงหนี้แก่ผู้ชำระบัญชีภายในหนึ่งเดือนนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้ง
(๒) แจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้ลูกหนี้ซึ่งมีชื่อปรากฏอยู่ในบัญชีและเอกสารของบริษัทชำระหนี้แก่ผู้ชำระบัญชี
