หมวด ๑๔ การชำระบัญชี

เมื่อได้ชำระหนี้หรือกันเงินเพื่อการชำระหนี้ทั้งหมดของบริษัทแล้ว ถ้ายังมีทรัพย์สินเหลืออยู่อีก ให้ผู้ชำระบัญชีแบ่งทรัพย์สินนั้นระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้นตามส่วนของหุ้นที่แต่ละคนถือ เว้นแต่จะมีข้อตกลงไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในข้อบังคับของบริษัทในเรื่องหุ้นบุริมสิทธิ
