หมวด ๑๔ การชำระบัญชี

การใดที่ต้องขออนุมัติ หรือขอความเห็นชอบจากที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นตามบทบัญญัติแห่งหมวดนี้ ถ้าไม่อาจจัดให้มีการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นได้ ให้ผู้ชำระบัญชีขออนุมัติหรือขอความเห็นชอบต่อนายทะเบียน
