หมวด ๑๖ นายทะเบียนและพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

ในกรณีที่นายทะเบียนตรวจพบว่าบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นซึ่งบริษัทยื่นตามมาตรา ๖๔ ไม่ถูกต้อง ให้มีอำนาจสั่งเป็นหนังสือให้บริษัทแก้ไขให้ถูกต้องภายในเวลาอันสมควรตามที่นายทะเบียนกำหนด
